Bharti AXA General Insurance is taking a step ahead towards customers satisfaction through technology and introducing the Live Streaming Solution named as “Smart eSurvey”.

“Smart eSurvey” will enable to settle Motor Claims for Bharti AXA General Insurance customers on real time basis.

The major functionalities are:

• Initiate a claims : Claims can be initiated for Live Streaming

• Claims Retrieval : Claim List is having New, Ongoing and settled claims

• Schedule Call: Appointment can be done through the scheduler based on the availability of customers

• Dial Call: Live Streaming will be initiated based on schedule

«Smart eSurvey» permettra de régler en temps réel les sinistres automobiles des clients de Bharti AXA General Insurance.

Les principales fonctionnalités sont:

• Initier une revendication: Des revendications peuvent être initiées pour la diffusion en direct.

• Récupération des revendications: la liste des revendications contient des revendications nouvelles, en cours et réglées.

• Planifier un appel: le rendez-vous peut être effectué via le planificateur en fonction de la disponibilité des clients.

• Appeler un appel: la diffusion en direct sera lancée en fonction du calendrier.
